As they say, it’s not your fault if you were born poor, but it’s your fault when you die poor. But being poor doesn't have many chances or opportunities on their journey to help themselves with. However it’s a choice. These concepts have no middle ground. It’s not being lucky if the person was categorized in Modernization, since they have a talent and ability to improve—it's just as is. It’s their practice to give better vision on their beliefs and values. But we can’t hide the truth that the poor were exploited by wealthy ones. Dependency Theory is a big slap. The opportunities were unreachable. The opportunities are only for the privileged ones. It’s easy to be selfish and take advantage of someone just because they will not be against it.
